Legionella pneumophila Antibodies

Sequence-defined recombinant antibodies against Legionella pneumophila serogroup 1, clone 142, available in rabbit and mouse formats.

Clone 142's variable domains are expressed on a bivalent scFv-CH3 minibody scaffold. Removing the Fc region lowers non-specific binding to biofilm debris, mineral scale and residual biocides, the three components that most often raise background in recirculating water samples.

Suited to bio-fouling monitoring, automated water-system surveillance, cooling tower testing and recirculating water-loop screening.
